Meet the Team

Paul has worked in Social Housing since the 1980’s, holding positions in a variety of housing organisations in the West Midlands, Cornwall, and Shropshire.

Prior to taking his current role with SASH, in 2017, Paul was Head of Housing for a large housing association in Shropshire for nearly 10 years.

Paul manages the team at SASH, including the contractors employed by SASH, to ensure the smooth management of all properties. He reports to the Board throughout the year on performance, including budget management, ensuring key policies are in place and agreeing future strategies for the business.

Paul enjoys interaction with the residents and all of the professionals who provide support to them and gets great satisfaction from helping achieve a positive future for residents.

A resident in Shrewsbury, Paul enjoys family time, including walks with his border Collie and Labrador as well as Golf and cycling. He is a keen fan of Liverpool FC.

Pam has been at SASH since 2015 looking after the running of the day-to-day financial administration.

Pam has worked in social care for over 25 years, managing a domiciliary care charity in Buckinghamshire, and later working as a social care manager with the Red Cross in Worcestershire.

Pam lives in Bridgnorth with her husband and two dogs.

Nigel has worked in Social Housing since 2000. Holding several positions within housing organisations in Shropshire, 

Prior to taking his current role at SASH in 2019, Nigel was in Sheltered Housing, supporting people, and a supervisor in a large housing association in Shropshire for 17 years. 

Nigel works closely with the resident’s, other professionals and SASH colleagues to ensure good practice in all properties. He reports repairs and checks for any Health and Safety concerns in the properties. 

Nigel is a resident in Shrewsbury and enjoys time with his family, his dog and playing golf. He has been a Liverpool FC supporter most of his life.
