How to Make a Complaint

Your Feedback Matters

At SASH, we are committed to providing safe, respectful and supportive accommodation. Your views and experiences are important to us and help us improve the support and services we provide.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your accommodation or the support you receive, we want to hear from you. We understand that sometimes things do not go as expected, and we will always take your concerns seriously.

Where possible, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly. We will also use your feedback to learn from what has happened and make improvements to our services so we can provide the best possible support for all residents.

A complaint is defined as:

“an expression of dissatisfaction, however made, about the standard of service, actions, or lack of action by the landlord, its own staff, or those acting on its behalf, a resident or group of residents.”
